Meet the team

Our mission at Little Green Button is to help keep staff safe. We are a team of compassionate and motivated people. We love what we do!

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO at Little Green Button, I am passionate about a proactive approach to safety and mental health support in the workplace.

My background is in market research and data driven performance and I am a big advocate for continuous professional development; with both the LGB team and myself always learning something new. When I am not working hard at shaping the company’s future, I love spending time with my family and friends and can often be found playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Brad Day

I have been in Norwich since 2014 and I’m very proud to call this city my home. I grew up in rural Cambridgeshire and then spent a few years abroad in the snowy Alps before settling in Norwich to raise a family.

Sales has been my profession for nearly a decade in a variety of roles but focused on digital and software based solutions. I particularly love working across multiple sectors all over the globe giving me access to different people and different ways of doing business. I love to travel and I often find an excuse for a weekend city break in Europe. My favourite activity is snowboarding with friends and family and I enjoy winter trips to the Alps.

Smile Frankish

I grew up in rural Lincolnshire, and moved to Norwich to study at the University of East Anglia in 2012. I loved it so much that I’ve been here ever since!

I studied French and Spanish, and then stuck around to do a Masters specialising in Translation/Interpreting. I was lucky enough to spend a year abroad as part of my studies, where I enjoyed living and working in various parts of France and volunteering with children in Peru. I’ve got nearly a decade of customer-facing experience (a mixture of hospitality, food & beverage and social media) and am obsessed with top-tier customer service and client communications. I’m also really passionate about getting more women in senior management roles

Matthew Shorten

My whole career has been in tech, starting way back when computers were bigger than wardrobes.

My passion has always been for software development and nothing motivates me more than seeing my team’s work being put to great use by others. Outside of work you’ll find me on my road bike, cycling around the mercifully gentle terrain of Norfolk.
