When the button is green, you are connected to the network. Double click to raise an alert.
Received
When the button is red, your network has been alerted.

- A GPS map gives users peace of mind that their location is visible, but offers the option to make the button larger on the home screen if they toggle it off
- Choose from a range of alert types, including medical, lockdown, and fire from the home screen, or change your location or group based on those set in the management portal
- Arrange help faster by calling your colleague directly from their alert if they have their mobile number correctly stored in the app
Easy training & security options
It’s simple to add extra layers of security to alerts raised from the mobile app, and you can train staff on how to use it without disrupting your live panic alarm.
- Slide to cancel an alert to prevent genuine alerts from being cancelled accidentally in a stressful situation
- Stop accidental alerts with a timer, so users have time to cancel an alert before it’s sent
- Reduce the risk of aggressors cancelling an alert if they grab your phone by requiring a PIN to cancel an alert, ensuring only genuine calls for help reach your network
- Train your staff to use the mobile app using demo mode on any device not connected to your licence, so you don’t have to disturb the rest of the team with test alerts to your real panic button

The MyLGB management portal is the place to go to run reports and manage all devices, including the mobile app, Big Green Buttons and laptops – but there’s still plenty you can do straight from the app.
- See a live timeline of alerts as they progress through your organisation, including when an alert is escalated if no one answers
- View a 24-hour log of all alerts that have been recently raised or received by your device, which can help if you need to write a statement or follow-up about an incident that occurred
- Add colleagues’ mobiles to your licence with an in-app QR code, rather than having to load up the MyLGB management portal on your desktop
- Choose to set locations for mobile app devices in the portal – useful in large buildings like hospitals, where GPS may not pinpoint which floor a user is on
