How it works:
Raised
When the button is green, you are connected to the network. Double click to raise an alert.
Received
When the button is red, your network has been alerted.
Responded
When the button turns yellow, your request is acknowledged and help is on the way.

- Choose from a range of alert types, including assistance required, medical, lockdown, fire and extreme weather
- Toggle alert types on and off depending on your organisation’s setup
- Set some alert types to receive-only, acting like a mass notification system in settings like schools where you need to be able to notify without allowing users to raise their own alerts
- Set custom escalation paths for alerts so the right people are alerted at the right time – for example, everyone gets an alert if there’s an intruder, but when there’s a medical emergency, it only goes to first aiders or trained medical professionals
