Welcome to your brand new reporting module!
You can now access a comprehensive log of all your alerts, where you’ll be able to see:
– Who raised an alert
– When they raised it
– The type of alert (fire, medical, lockdown etc.)
– Their location
– Their device
– Who responded
– The time it took to respond to the alert
– How many escalation levels were used.
The reporting module also includes export and filter functionality, so you can search for the information you require and export it into a convenient .CSV file format if needed. With this level of granularity, you can identify patterns, trends, and areas that require attention, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and further strengthen your safety protocols.

Simply login to your Little Green Button Management Site. You can then access your alert log in two ways – either from your main ‘overview’ dashboard (as below):

If you do not have any current alert data, you can also go through the first-time guidance navigation and test an alert to experience the full capabilities of the reporting module.
