These wearable smart buttons are designed to be used alongside the Little Green Button mobile app, giving lone workers and staff working away from desks a faster and more discreet way to raise an alert when needed.

What is the Mini Green Button?
The Mini Green Button is a small, round green button with a flat base that will easily fit in a pocket. However, we’d recommend fitting it to one of our bespoke accessories to make raising an alert easier. Choose from a keyring, watch strap, clothing clip or sticky pad.
Our new Bluetooth-enabled panic alarms pair directly with the Little Green Button mobile app. Whether worn on a keyring, watch strap, or clothing clip, they allow lone workers to raise the alarm almost instantly – without having to unlock their phones or open the app.
The Mini Green Button is ideal for a wide range of situations, including:
- Health and social care: Community nurses or care workers visiting patients’ homes may need to call for assistance in the event of a medical emergency or threatening behaviour.
- Retail and hospitality: Staff working late hours or in busy customer-facing roles can discreetly request help in case of aggression, theft or a medical incident.

How does the Mini Green Button work?
Mini Green Buttons work as an extension of the Little Green Button mobile app, just as Big Green Buttons are an extension of the Little Green Button panic alarm software.
We’ve conducted rigorous testing and worked hard to make sure the Mini Green Button is easy and intuitive to use:
- Pair through the app: Use the Little Green Button mobile app to connect your Mini Green Button. Once it’s paired, it’s ready to go.
- Raise an alert: Just double-press the button to raise an alert. It’ll notify your network just like it would if you used the mobile app, showing your location and alert type.
- Cancel the alert: Simply press and hold the button or open the mobile app and slide to cancel.
- Add multiple buttons to one device: There’s no need for every staff member to have a mobile or tablet with the mobile app installed. Pair multiple Mini Green Buttons to one device so those working in one location like a small shop floor or hospital ward can still raise alerts.
- Same settings, seamless experience: Your Mini Green Button follows the same rules you’ve set up in the app. If you’ve got a timer or PIN set, those settings will apply to alerts you raise with the Mini Green Button.
- Works with the app open or in the background: You don’t need to have the mobile app open to raise an alert with the Mini Green Button. As long as your Bluetooth is on and the app is installed and running in the background, your Mini Green button will work as expected. But don’t worry – if the mobile app is open, you’ll still be able to raise an alert.

Wireless and flexible
The Little Green Button and Big Green Button are perfect for workers who are at a permanent desk or workstation, but the Mini Green Button is ideal for staff who are on the go and change location regularly.
With a wireless Bluetooth connection and wearable accessories like keyrings, clothing clips and watch straps, staff can carry their button however suits them best.
However, you can use Mini Green Buttons in static locations if you need the flexibility of a wireless connection. We offer sticky pads to attach to the buttons so you can mount them in discreet places under desks or on walls.
