Installation is simple(1) Sign Up for a Free 21 Day Trial
Your will be asked to complete your contact details and agree to our Little Green Button Licence Agreement. (2) Check your Emails We will have sent you an email containing full instructions on how to install your buttons. (3) Download our small Installation File If you save this installation file to a shared drive on your network it will be easily accessible from every computer which you would like to have a button. (4) Install your First Little Green Button (The Master) Find the Installation File on your network and double click on it. Follow the instructions and give your computer a location name. This location name will appear on the panic messages displayed to your colleagues e.g. 'Assistance is required in INTERVIEW ROOM 1'. It needs to be a room name rather than a person's name as people can move about. Your first button will appear in the top left hand corner of your screen asking for a licence key. This key can be obtained via the email that we sent you. Once you enter this key into this button it will become what we call the Master Little Green Button. (5) Install More Little Green Buttons Make sure the computer with the Master Little Green Button on it is switched on. Find the Installation File on your network and double click on it again. Follow the instructions and give this computer a location name. This time a green button will appear in the top left hand corner of your screen. This button will appear green straight away because it will have received its licence information from your Master Little Green Button over your network. Your Master Little Green Button only needs to be switched on when you are installing new buttons. It does not act as a server - once a button is green it will stay green. You will only ever need to use the key that we sent you the once - it will actually only ever work the once. If your computer containing your Master Little Green Button gets replaced please contact us and we can quickly set you up with a new master. You will not be able to use the key again.
